– Date, time, and number of participants are specified during booking.
– Services are carried out in the Sarigerme region.
– Free hotel beach pick-up is provided before the activity.
Payment & Invoicing:
– Payments can be made online or at the location.
– Invoice requests must be sent via email.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refunded.
– No refund is given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity.
Dispute Resolution:
Customers may apply to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee in case of disputes.
